When it is time to leave your BS Properties rental, either at the end of your tenancy agreement or before, there are certain steps to follow:

• We will inform you in good time of the end of the tenancy term. If you wish to stay on in the property for a further tenancy term, we will apply to the landlord on your behalf to see if that is acceptable.
  If you wish to leave part way through a tenancy term, you must contact us in writing to give the agreed notice as set out in your lease agreement.
• You must inform the utility companies of your move out of the property.
• We will carry out a final check in the property against the inventory and inspect it for any damage.
• The property must be returned in a clean state as set out at the beginning of the tenancy
• If all is in order, we will return your deposit to you.

You must return all the keys to us.
